Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team.
The ideal candidate will ensure that our software products meet the highest quality standards by performing detailed testing, reporting defects, and collaborating with developers to improve product reliability.
You will be responsible for identifying bugs, documenting test cases, and verifying functionality across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure quality standards.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Verify software fixes and validate product enhancements.
- Participate in test planning, reviews, and team meetings.
- Provide clear and concise feedback on issues and test results.
- Stay up-to-date with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Skills
- Strong experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA processes.
- Proficient in creating test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and analyze technical requirements and functional specifications.
