Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into functional designs.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user experience.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design practices.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development basics is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
