Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Shopify and WordPress Developer to join our team.
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining eCommerce websites and custom WordPress solutions.
The ideal candidate is skilled in theme and plugin development, site optimization, and delivering fully functional, responsive, and visually appealing websites tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify and WordPress websites.
  • Create and modify themes, templates, and plugins to meet client requirements.
  • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and cross-browser compatible.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement functional designs.
  • Follow best practices for security, data protection, and website maintenance.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Shopify, WordPress, and web development.
  • Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and updates as needed.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, WordPress PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with theme and plugin development/customization for Shopify and WordPress.
  • Proficiency in integrating APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services.
  • Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
  • Experience with SEO optimization and website performance improvements.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce workflows, product management, and online sales optimization.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Shopify Page Builder is a plus.
